Tour Itinerary
Start your tour to Agra with a comfortable journey in an air conditioned train. Our guide will be accompanying you everywhere for your convenience.
On arrival, you will be taken first to the most popular tourist attraction of India i.e., Taj Mahal. This monument built by Shahjahan for his lady love and wife Mumtaz Mahal using white marble (symbolising purity of love) is one of the ‘Seven Wonders of the World’. You will be awe-struck at its very sight and will long to admire it for the whole of your life!
Next destination on the schedule is Agra Fort. This expansive fortress built in red sandstone is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and it was renovated by Akbar the great once he captured it.
Thereafter, we will take you to well manicured Mehtab Bagh, Tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daulah which is also called the Baby Taj and Fatehpur Sikri.
Fatehpur Sikri was the capital of Mughal Empire for sometime before being abandoned by Emperor Akbar due to failure of water supply system. This city is uninhabited. Buland Darwaza, mighty doorway which is the world’s largest, tomb of Sufi saint Sheikh Salim Chishti are the places which you should not miss out here.
