Tour Itinerary
Day 01 - Cochin - The Gateway of Kerala
On your arrival at Cochin Airport, you will get a warm welcome from our representative. He will accompany you to the pre-booked hotel for check-in. There he will give all your tour related documents and an introduction about the tour program. After spending some relaxing moments in the hotel, you will go for Cochin tour. A visit to the Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church, Jewish Synagogue, Gunda and Willingdon Islands, Bolghatty, Hill Palace Museum, Kerala History Museum and Santacruz Cathedral. An overnight stay is scheduled.
Day 02 - Cochin - Munnar
On the second day, you will move towards Munnar located at a distance of 110 Km from Cochin. On the way to the resort, you will enjoy the beautiful tea plantations. Have a comfortable overnight stay at the resort.
Day 03 - Munnar
On the third day of tour, post breakfast, you will experience the pleasant weather of Munnar during your city tour. Visit to Mattupetty Dam and Farm, Pallivasal, Devikulam, lock Heart Gap, Nyayamakad, Eravikulam National Park, Rajamala, Echo Point, Power House Waterfalls and Thommankuthu Waterfalls will be on the cards. Back to hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 04 - Munnar - Thekkedy (Periyar)
On the fourth day, you will take on a pleasant journey of 100 km to reach Thekkedy also known as Periyar. You will have a pleasant view of flora, fauna and unique birds in wild life sanctuary. You will also have the glimpses of the wonderful spice plantation. A cruise through boat across the backwaters of Periyar Lake is on the cards. After paying visits to Murikkady, Kumily, Mangala Devi Temple and Pandikuzhi, you will be staying overnight in the hotel.
Day 05 - Thekkady – Kumarakom
You will take on a journey of 140 Km from Thekkady to Kumarakom. You will reach Kumarakom in the evening. You will visit the Vembanad Lake, enjoy the lush vegetation and great climate. A trip to Kumarakom Bird Sanctuaries and a house boat jetty ride will rejuvenate you. Overnight stay at the houseboat is scheduled.
Day 06 - Kumarakom – Alleppey
On the sixth day, you will experience the beauty of God’s Own Country by cruising across the backwaters to reach Alleppey. A comfortable overnight stay on the houseboat will be on the cards for you.
Day 07 - Alleppey
After breakfast in the morning, you will check-out of the houseboat to reach Alleppey. On reaching there and after checking-in the hotel you will go for sightseeing to see the beauty of lagoons, lake and fresh water. You will visit Kuttanad and Alleppey Beach. An overnight stay at Alleppey hotel is scheduled for you.
Day 08 - Alleppey - Kovalam
You will take a journey of about 160 Km to reach Kovalam titled as ‘Paradise of South’. You will experience the beauty of Kerala which include coconut trees on some beautiful beaches. You will visit the Light House Beach, enjoy an ayurvedic massage on the white sandy beach shore. Later you will visit Padmanabhapuram and Kaudiar Palaces, Napier Museum, Anchuthengu Fort and Kuthiramalika Palace Museum.
Day 09 - Kovalam – Kanyakumari – Kovalam
Post breakfast you will travel to the southernmost point of India, Kanyakumari. You will pay a visit to the Kanyakumari Temple, Wax Museum, Vattakottai, Gandhi Museum and Vivekananda Rock. You will move to Kovalam for an overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 10 - Kovalam – Trivandrum
The tour will come to an end on the tenth day. You will go to Trivandrum Airport to take a flight for your onward journey. You will carry with you unforgettable memories from your visit to India.
