Tour Itinerary
Day 01 - Arrive Delhi
As you arrive at Delhi, you will be greeted warmly and taken to a hotel assist you in check in process and handed over all the tour related document. Day free to spend easing yourself up in the hotel. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 02 - Delhi
Day two will begin with a drive to Agra (covering 204 kms.), the power city of Mughal dynasty. As Mughal dynasty’s epicentre, there were many monuments constructed here by Akbar and other mughal rulers which are now listed by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites. As you reach Agra, check into a hotel with assistance of our officials and enjoy an overnight stay in here.
Day 03 - Agra
You will be served a delicious breakfast at the beginning of the day after which you set out for a half day sightseeing trip. The tourist attractions which you will be visiting are: Agra Fort [which features the Diwan-e-Khas, Diwan-e-Aam, Jahangir’s Palace, Sheesh Mahal (Palace of mirrors), Khas Mahal and Anguri Bagh], Akbar’s tomb at Sikandra, well manicured Ram Bagh Lawns, Dayal Bagh Temple and Jami Masjid. The main tourist attraction remains Taj Mahal only which flawlessly tells the eternal love tale of Shahjahan and Mumtaz Mahal. Overnight stay in Agra.
Day 04 - Agra - Jaipur by surface (237 kms)
We venture out for Jaipur on fourth day of the trip (travelling 237 kms via road). Jaipur is the capital and largest city of Rajasthan state and is also called Pink city because of the pink paint which was used to give a new look to it before the visit of Prince of Wales. Enroute there is stopover at Fatehpur Sikri which was for sometime the capital of Mughal imperium under Akbar but later was abandoned by him because of water supply failure. Have a look at the largest gateway in the world here: Buland Darwaza, the tomb of Sufi saint Sheikh Salim Chishti and Jama Masjid. Check into a hotel on reaching Jaipur and spend your night here enjoying a royal treatment.
Day 05 - Jaipur
Breakfast will be followed by a sightseeing tour of three forts of Jai Singh II: the Nahargarh fort, the Jaigarh fort and the Amber fort (reached while riding on the elephant back dropping you at the fort entrance). Thereafter, we go for a lunch and continue to explore Jaipur by visiting famous landmarks like Jai Singh’s Observatory which is an astronomical observatory and also called Jantar Mantar (meaning: calculation instrument), Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds (a five floored structure with 935 windows) and museum in City Palace. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06 - Jaipur - Delhi by surface (258 kms)
Pick up from Jaipur and drive to Delhi (258 kms) after a fulfilling morning meal. Assistance on arrival and check into a hotel on time to spend the day at leisure. Peaceful night stay at the hotel.
Day 07 - Delhi - Manali by surface (570 kms)
You will be conveyed to Manali by a safe and comfortable 570 kms drive where you check in to a hotel on your arrival. Feel natural beauty surrounding you from all sides as the town blushing in white and blue colour is the prettiest of places you would have ever visited in your life. Enjoy the calmness of a quiet night at the hotel.
Day 08 - In Manali
There are many places to visit in Manali like the Tibetan Monastery, a newly built temple dedicated to Buddha (the founder of Buddhism) and Hadimba Devi Temple/Doongri Temple dedicated to Hadimba Devi, wife of Bhima who was one of the five Pandavas in the epic Mahabharata. Come back to the hotel for a reposeful night stay after the sightseeing tour of the above mentioned places.
Day 09 - In Manali
Spend another day in the hill station Manali. After breakfast, we take you to Rohtang Pass that connects Kullu with valleys Lahaul and Spiti. Rohtang Pass is open for visitors from May to November only because in other months it becomes freezing cold here. Overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.
Day 10 - Manali - Shimla by surface (260 kms)
Check out of the hotel after breakfast after which you will be driven to Shimla (the capital city of Himachal Pradesh). Shimla had the status of being the summer capital town of British India due to its possession of relaxing environs and picture perfect sights. Britishers developed this place further by making grand constructions and these structures are now the reminders of British imperial architectural finesse. Evening walk at the Mall Road famous among shopaholics and overnight stay at a hotel in Shimla.
Day 11 - Shimla
Shimla is famous for the panoramic view of snow covered hills. This pure white snow sheet makes Shimla look like a heavenly abode. On this day we take you out to explore this edenic town starting with Jakhoo Hill which is Shimla’s highest point. Sunset and sunrise look very beautiful when viewed from this hill. We then visit former viceroy lodge which is now the Institute of Advanced Study and also Himachal State Museum which showcases heritage and cultural riches of the state. Night stay at Shimla.
Day 12 - Shimla - Delhi by surface (370 kms)
Post breakfast reach Delhi via road covering a distance of 370 kms where you are transferred to a hotel pre-booked for you. Relax for the whole day and sleep well at night having sweet dreams.
Day 13 - Delhi
Tour the capital city of India on day thirteenth post your morning meal. Rajghat (Memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi), India Gate (that’s the All India War Memorial) & the vicinal stately buildings including Rashtrapati Bhawan, Jama Masjid (largest mosque in India), Qutab Minar, Lotus Temple (constructed in lotus like shape), Birla Temple/Laxmi Narayan Temple, Red fort and Chandni Chowk are the places worth visiting. Night stay at the hotel.
Day 14 - Delhi
Breakfast will be followed by a shopping spree in the colourful market places of Delhi. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 15 - Depart Delhi
Reach the airport in time to board the flight back home and take along with you memories of happy touring with us.
