Day 01 - Arrival - Madras

Welcome to the capital of the south “Chennai”. On Arrival our agent will assist and transfer you from Chennai Airport/Railway Station to the hotel. Day 02 - Madras

Day 04 - Madurai - Periyar (128 Kms / 3 hrs)

Fourth daymorning excursion will take you from Madurai to Periyar “lazy hill station”, upon reaching, first check in your hotel/resort and later refreshing get ready to discover one of the wonderful wildlife sanctuaries of South India on boat over Periyar Lake to see wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger etc. In evening visit spice plantations like cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, coffee, tea estates etc. on your way back to the hotel/resort and buy some fragrant spices. Day 05 - Periyar - Kumarakom (115 Kms / 3 hrs)

On day five, early morning drive to boat landing point from where the hotel's courtesy boat will take you to “Kumarakom”. Upon arrival you will spend rest of the day at leisurein hotel or explore the Kumarakom bird sanctuary which is extent over 14 acres of land andhaunt for migratory birds, like the Siberian Stork, egret, darter, heron and teal and local birds like the water fowl, cuckoo, owl and water hen. A cruise,houseboats or motor boatsare available on hire along the Vembanad Lake whichis the best way to experience the sanctuary. Overnight stay in Kumarakom.


Day 06 - Kumarakom - Cochin (85 Kms / 2 hrs)

Sixth day morning present you a golden chance of little backwater cruise journey to Alleppey noted as the “Venice of the East” and back to Kumarakom. Later drive to Kochi. Day 07 - Cochin - Goa (by flight)

Day 08 - Goa
